Background: AmMed Cancer Centers (Hong Kong) is a subsidiary company of HKR International Limited, a public listed company in Hong Kong. GenRx Holdings Limited is roof of AmMed, GenRx focused on the medical services industry with an emphasis on the operation of specialty outpatient medical facitlites, including cancer care, diabetes care, cardiovascular care, diagnostic imaging, and dental care, supported by accessible patient-oriented multi-specialty center. A complete cancer center at the Adventist Hospital in Hong Kong has been in operation since 2002 and is now supported by a satellite clinic in Central and Jordan.
